Yes! You can choose on a per-item basis. You might want to sell your camera gear publicly as "Verified" to show it was owned by a pro, but sell that extra toaster anonymously.
Generally, yes. Fans love owning a piece of history from their favorite creators. However, high-quality items sell well regardless of the seller's identity on our platform.

Send 10+ items at once and we'll reduce our platform cut by 5% across all tiers for that shipment. Larger drops mean less admin work for us, and more cash for you.

Yes. To ensure it's worth everyone's time, we generally look for items with a resale value of$40–$50 minimum. Lower value items may be bundled together or politely declined to keep logistics efficient.
We have a 90-day listing window. After 90 days, you can choose to:
- Have the item returned (shipping fees apply)
- Donate the item to charity
- Offer a further discount to clear it
- Abandon the item
Note: We reserve the right to auto-discount slow-moving items after 60 days or move them into bundles.
Payouts are processed automatically 3 days after the item is delivered to the buyer. This ensures everything arrived safely. Funds are deposited directly to your linked bank account via Stripe.
The buyer pays for shipping when purchased! We provide you with a prepaid shipping label to get it to us to get it prepared for listing. You just need to box it up and drop it off.
Shipping & Logistics
Yes, please! We ask that all clothing be laundered and hard goods wiped down. However, our team does a final inspection and light detail before photography.
Once approved, we'll send you a "Clean Out Kit" with prepaid labels. Fill the box with your approved items and drop it off at any UPS location.
If you’re local to Orlando, you can schedule a pickup or drop off your items. Since that saves on shipping, we’ll pass the savings back to you by increasing your payout percentage.
